FreightThe courrier we use is STAR EXPRESS. They charge C.O.D and have no affiliation to Pennylane. Once your goods have been paid for and proof of payment received, we will pack and hand it over to STAR EXPRESS. They will then measure/weigh the package and inform cost. You're welcome to use your own courrier company to collect your order. |

BreakagesIf you use STAR EXPRESS, your invoices will have an insurance fee added. This fee does not cover the cost of freight. If an item breaks whilst in transit, please inform us immediately with pictures, and we will send another item to you free of charge. |
