Returns
We allow up to 48 hrs in order for you to notify us of any damages to your product you have received whilst in transit
Please note that we will either refund you or send a replacement item. It is very important to note that should you have damages to your product and you had used your own courier to transport the goods from us, then we will not be liable for any damages that occurred in transit. We recommend using Star Express to transport your goods as they include insurance cover on the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will also require that an email be sent along with photos of the damages items.
A claim will then be processed and the damaged goods will be collected and either the replacements sent or a credit passed or refund into your account if required.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at info@pennylaneonline.co.za along with a photo/s of the item/s so that we can send a replacement or initiate a claim and refund.
Shipping
It is very important to note that Freight is not included in your orders and is for your own account. We have a very good relationship with Star Express, they have moved our goods for many of our customers for a few years now and are very familiar with the types of products we sell and included insurance cover on the goods should any damages occur.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs directly to them, which can either be done via an EFT or COD.
You are welcome to use any courier of your choice, however it is very important to note that should any damages occur in transit that Pennylane will not be held responsible. We recommend you take out insurance cover on your goods.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
